enei applauds Fujitsu for publishing their Gender Pay gap report ahead of the government's deadline of 4th April 2018.
They reported a 16.8% mean Gender Pay Gap. It is well known that the tech sector has a Gender Pay Gap of 25% as this sector usually struggles to attract females to study STEM subjects. Fujitsu argue that the main cause of their pay gap is due to 'the under-representation of women in senior management roles and in more highly paid areas, especially technical and sales roles'.
