enei applauds Fujitsu for publishing their Gender Pay gap report ahead of the government's deadline of 4th April 2018.

They reported a 16.8% mean Gender Pay Gap. It is well known that the tech sector has a Gender Pay Gap of 25% as this sector usually struggles to attract females to study STEM subjects. Fujitsu argue that the main cause of their pay gap is due to 'the under-representation of women in senior management roles and in more highly paid areas, especially technical and sales roles'.

Fujitsu aims and is committed to 'attract more girls into STEM subjects, build a robust talent pipeline, celebrate our female role models, and provide stronger management support to enable women to succeed'
