The results from the survey highlight a clear problem in society which urgently needs addressing, especially with regards to employment. Unconscious bias impacts everybody’s judgements, so it is vital that organisations ensure that all of their employees are trained in unconscious bias, so that they know how to prevent it from impacting their decisions, and having a negative effect on other peoples career progression.
Our Unconscious Bias Training allows businesses to thrive by helping organisations understand and address biases, which helps to create a more inclusive society.
