The global D&I landscape varies enormously from country to country, with sixty to seventy percent of what each company delivers being considered as best practice across every area of their global operations. The remaining elements of the global D&I strategy need to be tailor made to suit the local geography, culture, legislation, and working practices.

This is why, enei now offers two levels of Global Membership, which are designed to support each company through their diversity and inclusion journey:

  • Global Leader: for companies who want to be at the cutting edge of innovation, and want to shape the global diversity and inclusion landscape.
  • Global Member: for companies who are still defining their Global Strategy, and require access to best practice ideas from around the world to help them deliver it.

Global Support

enei provides executive coaching, consultancy, research, and training support, to Members and clients on a global basis, with Global Members benefiting from reduced rates for these services.

Global Members have access to enei’s Global Knowledge Bank, an initial Global D&I consultation and assessment, case studies that highlight global best practice, and Employer Guides that focus on global strategy, policy design and delivery. Members also receive ongoing support from their dedicated Global Diversity and Inclusion Partner.

Consultancy support, executive coaching, and training programmes are tailor made to suit each Member or client. They will be defined by the requirements of individual Members and clients, but will cover all the elements involved in the design, development, and delivery, of a Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. They cover topics such as inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, dynamic working, inclusive recruitment, inclusive talent management, corporate cultural alignment, and cultural intelligence.
