Overview

TIDE (Talent Inclusion & Diversity Evaluation) is a benchmarking tool which enei have developed to assess organisational performance and progress in relation to Diversity & Inclusion.   TIDE measures your organisation against 8 different areas of D&I practice. All members, can access TIDE as part of their enei membership, without any additional charge.

During this webinar the host will:

• introduce TIDE
• explain the benefits of participating in TIDE
• talk through the submission process

By the end of the webinar, participants should have an understanding of the tool, including the steps required to progress a TIDE submission for their organisation

Who Should Attend?

Any enei member who is interested in D&I benchmarking and/or responsible for progressing a TIDE submission.
