Organisations continue to find attracting & retaining diverse, high calibre talent into STEM roles is a major challenge. It is acknowledged that we need to connect and engage earlier with future talent. Our focus at this event will be talent under 25 years old - shifting the established perceptions of a STEM career is critical to offer a more appealing proposition which attracts a more diverse candidate pool and enables our STEM talent pipeline to be future proofed.
This interactive and practically focused event will be looking at the current issues facing STEM organisations, why we have a diversity problem and how organisations can positively influence the perception of STEM to appeal to a wider and more diverse talent pool. We will share initiatives, thought leadership and case studies which focus on engaging and attracting future diverse talent into STEM roles. Presentations, case studies, Panel Discussion, Q&A and Workshops style sessions will enable attendees to hear and be involved in discussions which will enable them to takeaway practical ideas and tools.
