This is a free event, however there will be a £50 plus VAT admin charge for non-attendance or cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the event.


Following on from our social inclusion events last year, this is the second of a series of interactive, practical, problem solving focused workshops targeted at Members whatever stage they are on their journey to social inclusion. It will focus on actions to progress your social inclusion agenda, not just words!

It will be co-hosted by enei and British Library. Presenters will be experienced in the field of social inclusion from businesses including HMRC and Ministry of Justice. It will equip you to progress your social inclusion agenda in the workplace with confidence


  • Understand what social inclusion is
  • Understand Government approach
  • Case study from Ministry of Justice
  • Have a facilitated discussion on “inreach” –  the employee experience, including induction, progression and talent management; helping employees navigate the organisation
  • Enable you to ask questions to clarify your learning

Who Should Attend? 

Roundtable will be open to all Members. Target audience would be D&I professionals, recruiters, trainers, anyone with an interest in social inclusion in the workplace.  NB - It is extremely useful for Members who are leaders in this area to share their experiences and coach others.
