To mark the United Nations’ International Day of Older People on 1st October, we are delighted that enei member organisation Independent Age have agreed to provide a guest webinar outlining some of the some of the inequalities that exist in later life and discussing inclusion with regards to both workforce and customers/service users.
Independent Age is a national charity that exists to tackle the inequalities that exist in later life. They strive to ensure that as we grow older, we all have the opportunity to live well with dignity, choice and purpose. They focus their time and energy on the critical areas of health & care, poverty and loneliness, providing the right support at the right time and campaigning for change with older people.
This event will be informative for all, but we particularly welcome attendance from colleagues working in Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Human Resources, and Occupational Health.
