Overview

enei, in association with Lewis Silkin, invites you to a Mock Tribunal on religion and belief discrimination.   This is a unique opportunity experience the drama and tension of a tribunal first hand but without paying the penalty if you get things wrong.  Based around a claim about failure to accommodate an employee’s religious beliefs, this session presents a full tribunal hearing complete with documents, witnesses and cross-examination.  You will learn about the practicalities of this type of claim, how to put your case across effectively and the importance of being properly prepared. We will also show you how to avoid common mistakes.

This event is fully interactive - you will be able to ask questions to the witnesses and vote on what you think is the right result, before hearing the tribunal’s verdict at the end.  Both sides at our Mock Tribunal believe they have done nothing wrong.

Come and see them collide, and, alongside our genuine lawyers, take the chance to cross-examine the witnesses!
