A report by the Mental Metal Health Foundation demonstrated that the value added by people with mental health problems in the workforce is greater than the costs arising. According to the report, 86% of all respondents believed that their job and being at work was important to protecting and maintaining their mental health. But while work can be a key factor in supporting and protecting mental health, the report also shows that many employers still lack systems to recognise and address mental health issues at work.

This Masterclass will provide participants with the knowledge, understanding, and competence to manage mental health at work. The session will cover key mental health issues, barriers to inclusion, and the business case for good mental health.
