In this half day event, our focus will be on the human side of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and the role of inclusive leadership to achieving success. Based on case studies from a wide range of sectors, we’ll explore the ‘people dimension’, drawing out clear lessons delegates can apply to their company’s future growth strategies.
