Inclusive Leadership within Mergers and Acquisitions

  • 26th March 2018
  • 09:00 - 13:00
  • Cannon Place, 78 Cannon St, London EC4N 6AF, UK

This is a free event, however there will be a £50 plus VAT admin charge for non-attendance or cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the event.

In this half day event, our focus will be on the human side of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and the role of inclusive leadership to achieving success. Based on case studies from a wide range of sectors, we’ll explore the ‘people dimension’, drawing out clear lessons delegates can apply to their company’s future growth strategies.

Our objectives for the event are to give delegates:

  • An overview of Inclusive Leadership, what it is and why it matters for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As);
  • Deeper understanding and appreciation for the ‘people dimension’ of M&As and how it relates to key performance factors, like collaboration, employee engagement, retention, and maximising output and competitive advantage before, during, and after M&As;
  • Practical insights from a range of worldwide case studies, brought to life in an engaging, highly impactful and memorable way; and
  • Opportunities to discuss the issues and challenges that matter to you with people from diverse organisational backgrounds.
