It’s not what happens to us that truly defines our destiny but how we choose to react to what happens to us. In this session our guest speaker, Andy Nicol, will contrast Resilience Through The Years from ‘Old School Resilience’ that was driven by Strong and Ruthless leadership and the ‘win at all costs’ mentality to how the world has changed to ‘Modern Day Resilience’ with Strong and Considerate inclusive leaders and the ‘winning together' mentality.
