Join our guests’ Dr Eunice Lumsden (Head Early Years, University of Northampton) and Emma Francis, (Head of D&I Zurich Insurance UK) to celebrate Global Parents Day.

Dr Eunice Lumsden will share insights on the challenges families face globally and the impact this can have on equality and gender equity. Dr Eunice Lumsden She has extensive experience working with children and families and has also advised on workforce development and Early Years for French Administration in Belgium, UNICEF and the Professional Association of Child Development in Turkey, Save the Children, and the International Step by Step Association. She was invited by the Mayor of Istanbul and UNICEF to participated in developmental activity that led to Early Childhood being included in the Sustainable Development Goals.

Emma Francis will share how Zurich Insurance support parents and families globally and the approach they have taken to promote their inclusion in the work place.

  • Appreciate why we should all celebrate Global Parents Day
  • Learn how they can advocate change, challenge discrimination, and promote Inclusion.
