Due to the restrictions around Covid-19, this event will now be held virtually, and split into two sessions.
9th June - 14:00-16:00
Session 2 (This will involve the employment law input from DWF)
15th July - 10:30-11:30
“Neurodiversity is an essential form of human diversity. The idea that there is one “normal” or “healthy” type of brain or mind or one “right” style of neurocognitive functioning, is no more valid than the idea that there is one “normal” or “right” gender, race or culture.” Nick Walker
“Fast-moving employers are taking steps to include neurodivergent people now – a group that likely represents more than 10% of the population, and thus in many cases a significant proportion of job applicants, customers, and existing staff.” CIPD
This conference will enable employers to learn about neurodiversity in the workplace and be able to apply that learning in a practical way.
This conference includes specialist input on neurodiversity, the legal implications and lets organisations consider and discuss how they can become more inclusive.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
