Overview

Diversity Champions are a great resource for any organisation. They are normally senior people (although they don’t have to be) who :

• Promote and raise awareness of D&I issues
• Understand how D&I affects the organisation’s stakeholders
• Help to drive changes required to embed inclusion in an organisation by engaging with employees and customers

The objectives for this workshop are:

• To develop understanding of how Diversity Champions can promote equality, diversity and inclusion within organisation
• To develop skills to help you support others to deliver inclusive practices
• How to act as an organisational role model

Who Should Attend?

Anyone who is a Diversity Champion or thinking of becoming a Diversity Champion plus anyone who is thinking of introducing Diversity Champions into an organisation
