As an employer, have you ever wondered how you can support your employees who are childless not by choice? In this webinar, we'll be breaking the taboo on discussing childlessness in the workplace.

 

Why should I attend this event?

Childlessness is a workplace inclusion issue. If your employees are childless not by choice, your organisation should be aware of how this may be affecting them in the workplace. They may be experiencing childless trauma, infertility treatment, stress or grief.

In order to create a truly inclusive workplace, we believe your organisation should therefore consider the rights and needs of employees who don't have children.
