Overview

It is anticipated the coronavirus pandemic will have a significant impact on the mental health and well-being a significant proportion of the population.

As a result, enei are working with Headtorch, to deliver a one-hour webinar, focussing on our mental health and well-being whether we are working or furloughed.

This event explores:

  • What keeps us mentally unfit
  • What enables us to be mentally fit
    • Healthy Diet & Sleep
    • The 5 ways of well-being
  • What are ‘normal’ feelings
  • How expressing feelings helps process concerns
  • What the difference is between feeling down or anxious compared to experiencing chronic anxiety or depression
  • How to find your working structure
  • How to manage your daily work cycle
  • How to create habits that work for you

Members (UK & Global) – FREE

Non-Members – early bird rate of £49+VAT per person for those booking by Thursday 18th June Places booked from Friday 19th June will be charged at £99 + VAT per person

Headtorch aims to de-mystify mental health at work, making it relevant and accessible to all. Working with colleagues at every level within an organisation, the Headtorch approach is proactive, aiming to equip people with practical skills and confidence to look out for and support each other’s mental health and well-being in the workplace. Ultimately, the goal is to create behavioural and cultural change within an organisation, to sustain a mentally healthy culture.
