Headtorch aims to de-mystify mental health at work, making it relevant and accessible to all. Working with colleagues at every level within an organisation, the Headtorch approach is proactive, aiming to equip people with practical skills and confidence to look out for and support each other’s mental health and well-being in the workplace. Ultimately, the goal is to create behavioural and cultural change within an organisation, to sustain a mentally healthy culture.
