Overview

A roundtable discussion, led by Mike O'Hanlon, with enei Members about the challenges, achievements and benefits of reaching level 3 of the ‘Disability Confident’ to become a Leader and what that means for your organisation, staff and your communities, through the experiences of members who have achieved that level or aspiring to do so.

Key elements and learning:

  • Understanding the challenges from the process and the expected standards from the scheme.
  • The value and impact your organisation can make to the career and life opportunities of Disabled people, particularly in these challenging times.
  • The process, corroborating evidence, external validation and requirements of Level 3
