The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) is the UK’s leading employer network covering all aspects of equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace. We are a not-for-profit organisation, offering membership and training and consultancy services, supporting employers along their inclusion journeys.  We provide the information, advice, training, and guidance employers’ need to build and maintain inclusive cultures.

We are looking for a Service Design and Delivery Co-ordinator who will be a competent administrator, researcher, and project manager, with experience gained in either a commercial, public sector and/or charity sector organisation.

They will have abounding creativity, be innovative, agile, flexible, and dynamic. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a highly collaborative team player, able to build and maintain multi stakeholder relationships at all levels and manage complex projects and competing priorities with ease.
