You will be working closely with our members, who range in size from huge multinationals to SMEs, and include public, private and third sector organisations. Your main job will be the retention of our existing members by supporting and advising on their diversity programmes. You will also be recruiting new members who want to push forward on their own diversity journey. You will be working as part of the Member Engagement Manager Team, looking after a number of employer sectors and offering specialist expertise in different areas of diversity.
You will be confident delivering training and presentations to stakeholders at all levels and promoting the benefits of our products and services. Most importantly you will be passionate about removing the barriers to employment for underrepresented groups.
The role will be home based but will require travel throughout Scotland/North England, plus some travel to London.
