As part of our next stage of development, Lexxic are looking for new Head of Client Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in occupational health, psychology, consulting or similar sectors.

You will be able to demonstrate a track-record of growing accounts and bring your experience to own our strategic relationships with key partners.

Lexxic was established in 2007 by Chartered Occupational Psychologist Nicola James, after managing the challenges of her own dyslexia while working in the corporate sector.  Over the last thirteen years, we have grown to a team of twenty- three people, working throughout the UK and Ireland with Occupational Health Providers, FTSE 100 companies, government organisations and members of the public. 

Our team of psychologists support these organisations to develop environments where neurodiversity can flourish, supporting individuals who have Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (DCD), Dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Conditions and ADHD.

As part of the next stage of our development, Lexxic are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Client Partnerships. You will be an ambassador for Lexxic for many of the most progressive and well-recognised companies in the UK. And you will play a key role in growing our organisation. Specifically, this role will focus on strengthening relationships with current key clients and working with our existing Head of Client Development to nurture new relationships from the beginning. Your role is to become our clients trusted partner and advisor as they progress on their neurodiversity journey.

Job Summary

People are our business. Our Head of Client Partnerships has primary responsibility for the relationship with our key clients. Developing long-term partnerships that provide strategic counsel to shape clients' neurodiversity smart journey, and ensuring they provide the best in class support services for neurodiverse employees, while maximising new business opportunities driving account growth.

 

Driven by passion and results, you will be accountable for developing new business opportunities with potential and existing clients to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Relationship Development

 

  • Foster good relationships at a senior level with our existing clients
  • Develop account management plans and strategies for each key client
  • Actively grow business by identifying and progressing opportunities
  • Actively promote Lexxic’s services
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Take the lead when responding to situations relating to client accounts
  • Gather regular feedback from the client on relationship, work, satisfaction levels, etc.

 

  • Strategic Growth

 

  • Become our clients trusted partner and advisor
  • Analyse client’s neurodiversity journey plans, providing consultation and advice
  • Understand potential client’s business challenges and create tailored solutions using Lexxic’s core capabilities
  • Regularly meet with clients’ teams to plan and progress activities
  • Present and agree proposals for programmes to meet client’s objectives
  • Set KPIs and deliver on them
  • Commercial
  • Accountability for ensuring the organisation’s commercial targets are met
  • Work closely with clients’ procurement departments to develop relationships and educate them on the value of what we do
  • Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies ensuring all contracts, T&Cs and legal requirements are in place
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of projects with clients and internally

 

  • Team Leadership

As Head of Client Partnerships, you will be accountable to ensure the Lexxic team delivers for your client.

 

  • Be accountable for ensuring right team is in place to deliver for the client needs
  • Motivate, inspire and lead the team, fostering an ongoing culture of accountability and responsibility
  • Ensuring we deliver the best work to the highest standards of excellence
  • Serve as an active member of Lexxic’s Senior Leadership Team

Ultimately you will ensure we deliver a great experience to our partners when working with Lexxic, representing our brand externally and our clients internally.

 

Skills

As Head of Client Partnerships, you will be an account management professional specialised in implementing and developing strategic relationships with organisations in accordance with company's overarching objective, strategic goals and objectives.

  • Previous working experience as an Outreach or Partnerships Manager or similar role for 5+ years

Additional Expectations

 

  • This role is home based with some flexibility on location. However, the primary place of travel will be to London. Further travel will be required throughout the UK and Ireland as required.
  • You will be required to stay overnight when attending certain meetings, networking events, or conferences. These will be communicated to you which as much notice as possible.
  • The above is naturally not immediately applicable. They will be subject to public health guidelines relating to COVID-19. Our primary objective is always the health and safety of our staff.
  • Performance targets will be communicated to you and reviewed on a regular basis
