Global Member Engagement Manager - Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion

We’re looking for a Global Member Engagement Manager to work exclusively with our global member organisations. We help over 300 employers in the UK to build better workplaces and remove barriers for all employees, and we’re expanding our work to support cross-border workforces.

You’ll be working with existing members and recruiting new ones. The global network is in its early stages, so we need someone comfortable cultivating relationships. You’ll also need to drive the global vision forward alongside the Global Development & Knowledge Officer, identifying member needs and prioritising resource development.

Reporting to the Head of UK & Global Membership, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Work with colleagues to ensure the execution of our Member Engagement Strategy
  • Meet agreed targets on Membership recruitment & retention
  • Be responsible for Membership engagement across public, private and third sectors
  • Secure Sponsorship for enei Events, Awards and Research
  • Help drive activity behind enei’s Core Subjects
  • Share best practice with the team
  • Refer training and consultancy requirements to the T&C team
  • Provide a range of advice and guidance to Members and other stakeholder on workplace diversity and inclusion issues
  • Support Members to develop effective diversity and inclusion strategies, programmes and other just activities
  • Promote enei’s key events and enei’s Benchmark to both Members and non-members
  • Represent enei at various events, seminars, conferences and other such forums
  • Deliver enei training programmes or assist team Members with these
  • Assist with the design, development and review of new products and services
  • Act on Feedback, proposing solutions and development opportunities
  • To support colleagues in Member administration


  • Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have extensive Policy and Operational HR experience
  • Good working knowledge of Global Diversity & Inclusion in a commercial environment
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • The ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholder within an employment context
  • Experience of delivering training programmes
  • Experience of advising public / private sector organisations on a wide range of diversity and inclusion issues
  • Target driven, and outcome focused
  • Communication and creative thinking skills - verbal, visual and written
  • Well organised and methodical
