Who do we need?
We are seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join us on a 2-year fixed-term contract
Someone who is energetic, experienced and creative in their approach to ED&I
What will you be doing?
Advising and supporting our ED&I Committee
Challenging our thinking and encouraging new ways of working
Driving positive change throughout the company
Promoting the RSC as an employer of choice for diverse and under-represented communities
Support the recruitment team in diversity initiatives
