As Diversity, Access & Inclusion Specialist, you will work with key stakeholders to develop and embed an organisation-wide strategy and action plan that will create a more inclusive workforce. As well as providing consultative services, guidance and capacity building across the organisation on how to champion diversity and inclusion, you will also positively influence cultural and behaviour change and build an inclusive workforce. To be successful you will significant experience working at a senior level developing, managing and evaluating equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives. As well as excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you will have a demonstrable understanding of discrimination legislation.
